Are your products authentic?
Yes, every piece is authentic, guaranteed. Nomà is an independent reseller and isn't affiliated with the brands we carry.
How do I order?
Tap Order on Messenger on any product and send the message that opens. We'll confirm the details with you. See how to order.
How can I pay?
GCash, card or cash on delivery.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock pieces are delivered the same day across Metro Manila. Shipping is free on orders over ₱5,000. See shipping & returns.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Message us with your address and we'll let you know the options and timing.
Can you gift wrap?
Yes. Gift wrap and a handwritten note are ₱150. Mention it when you order, with what you'd like the note to say.
What does pre-order mean?
We order the piece in for you. The product page shows how long it takes to arrive, and we'll keep you updated.
Something I want is sold out.
Tap Notify me on Messenger on the product and we'll message you when it's back.
Can I return something?
Unopened, unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened candles, incense and diffusers can't be returned. If something arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo. See shipping & returns.
